- Serial number, model, and firmware version of bound devices
- Real-time operational data (voltage, current, power, energy output, etc.)
- Station name, installed capacity, and address
- Alarm records and historical data
1.3 Location Information
- GPS location obtained with your permission when adding a station (used only to fill in the installation address; not continuously collected)
1.4 Logs & Diagnostics
- App runtime logs and crash reports for troubleshooting and product improvement
- Device provisioning logs
2. Permissions Explained
We request the following permissions only when required by specific features.
Android Permissions
- CameraScan device QR codes for binding; take photos for profile avatar.
- BluetoothDiscover and connect to Bluetooth data collectors for device provisioning.
- LocationRequired by Android for Bluetooth scanning; used to auto-fill station address.
- Wi-FiRead and switch Wi-Fi state for SoftAP device provisioning.
- InternetCommunicate with cloud servers to upload and download device data.
- VibrationVibrate the device when an alarm is triggered.
- FlashlightIlluminate the environment while scanning QR codes.
- Wake LockKeep background data sync active for real-time monitoring.
- Install PackagesGuide users to install update packages after in-app update checks.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China. We implement the following measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Encrypted database storage with strict access control
- Regular security audits and vulnerability scanning
- Employee confidentiality agreements and least-privilege principles
Account data is retained for 30 days after account deletion; device operational data for up to 3 years; log data for up to 90 days.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Exceptions include:
- Your consent: Sharing authorized by you
- Legal requirements: As required by law or government authorities
- Service providers: Cloud and push service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, limited to data necessary for service delivery
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, we will notify you in advance

- Access: View your account information and bound devices in the "Me" section
- Correction: Edit your profile directly in the App
- Deletion: Unbind devices and delete stations within the App
- Account cancellation: Go to "Me → Account Security → Delete Account"; data will be deleted within 30 days
- Withdraw consent: Revoke any permission at any time in your device's system settings
7. Children's Privacy
This App is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please use the App under parental supervision. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
8. Policy Updates
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you via an in-app popup requiring your re-consent before continued use. Minor updates (e.g., contact information changes) will be reflected on this page without separate notification.
